Clutch Issues

I noticed my clutch was acting up the past few months and finally had time to check it out. It would try to grab at idle and sometimes would grab when the bike was off and I was just pushing it. Last night I decided to open it up. For some reason the clutch was fitting really tight in the bell. I thought maybe the the bell was warped so I dropped it in another one and it wouldn't even slide in. I ended up putting a two shoe in so that I could ride this weekend and it hits harder off the line than I could ever get that three shoe to hit. I should have put one in years ago.
